Central California Montessori Education (CCME)


is approved to operate as a private postsecondary educational institution by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE).


Approval to operate means that the institution has met minimum state standards as established under the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009 (as amended).
Approval does not imply the BPPE endorses or recommends the school.

Required Public Disclosures


1. Approval to Operate

Central California Montessori Education operates under BPPE Approval to Operate No. _____ (effective ____ through ____).
A copy of the approval letter is available upon request from the school office.


2. Catalog

The current school catalog, which includes program descriptions, admissions policies, tuition, refund policies, and other consumer information, can be viewed or downloaded here:

3. School Performance Fact Sheets (SPFS)

Each educational program maintains a School Performance Fact Sheet summarizing completion, placement, and licensing data for the two most recent calendar years.

4. Enrollment Agreement

A sample Enrollment Agreement is available for review upon request.
Students are encouraged to review the catalog and SPFS prior to signing an enrollment agreement.


5. Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF)

CCME participates in the Student Tuition Recovery Fund administered by the BPPE.
The current STRF assessment rate is $0 per $1,000 of institutional charges.

6. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Students who withdraw from a program may be entitled to a pro-rated refund as described in the catalog.
Full details are provided in the
Refund Policy section of the catalog.

8. Complaint Policy

Students are encouraged to first attempt to resolve complaints directly with the school.
If a complaint remains unresolved, students may contact the BPPE using the information above.


9. Licensure & Certification

Graduates of the Early Childhood Teacher Education Program are eligible to apply for certification through the American Montessori Society (AMS).
No additional state licensure is required for Montessori teaching in private schools in California.


10. Financial Aid & Payment Options

CCME does not participate in federal or state financial aid programs.

Admissions and Tuition & Fees sections of the catalog.
